If you have found yourself banned or muted, then here are some instructions on how to appeal your punishment.

Please note that appeals will only be accepted for permanent server bans and mutes, bans from Discord, Shoutbox bans, and permanent TeamSpeak bans. Appeals for temporary mutes and bans will be denied.

    Prefixes:

Your thread will be marked as
Pending when first created. This just means that your appeal is still in our queue. Please note it may take up to a month to get a replies.

If you find your appeal has been marked as
Invalid, this means that your appeal doesn't follow the format or your punishment is not fitting of an appeal. See the appeal format below.

If your appeal was marked as
Denied, this means your appeal is denied. No further appeals may be made unless explicit permission is given.

If you find that your appeal has been marked as
Accepted, this means that your punishment has been lifted.

    Information on the appeal format:

All the information needed to fill out your appeal is listed on the ban page, found HERE.

On the ban page, you can see all past and previous bans, mutes, warnings, and kicks. You can also see who banned you, and why.

As in the appeal format thread found HERE you must follow the format given in order to make it easier for the admins:
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In-Game Name: Here you simply put your current minecraft username.

Previous Usernames: If you name changed to your current minecraft username, then put all previous usernames here you can find them all HERE

When were you banned/muted?: Write the time and date that is listen on the ban page.

Who banned/muted you?: Again, you can see all this by searching on your current minecraft username in the ban page. Here you write the name of the admin that banned you.

Why were you banned/muted?: From the ban page write the exact reason you were banned. Please note that the admins will check your ban page so lying is a bad idea.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned/muted?: If you have one, then give the admins a reason to appeal your punishment you. This should be a detailed reason why your punishment deserves to be appealed.

Do you admit your fault?: This is a simple Yes/No question however you must be sure to add in an appropriate amount of detail.

    Additional Information:

Do not swear in the appeal.

    Be respectful.

Be as truthful as you can in your appeal, that way your appeal is more likely to be accepted.

Be patient: Admins have to be online a lot, dealing with reports and appeals. The average time for an appeal to be responded to is anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 months. It can easily be longer, but if you feel that your appeal has been missed, please do not 'remind' the admins. They will get to it as soon as they can.

I hope this is of some help to you.
